Throughout the hierarchy of the U.S. governments’ various high offices, there was a prevailing attitude towards the 3rd world, and its available mineral wealth, as a means of sustenance for the first world, even if it means the annihilation of the people. The threat of population growth in these 3rd world countries was perceived as a challenge that must be faced and alleviated at any cost. The following are some of the most explicit and direct historical facts in support of the argument that HIV/AIDS is a biologically manufactured form of germ warfare, developed to meet the objectives of population control in “so-called” third world countries. All of the quoted references are legitimate sources from the office of the President of the United States, U. S. military, U.S. government departments of health, C.I.A. & F.B.I., World Health Organisation, and U. S. legal officials, among others.
10 Facts That You Must Know!: The Lead Up To The Creation & Spread Of AIDS: i) On June 9th 1969, Dr. Donald Mc Aurther of the U.S. Dept. of defence (a biological warfare expert) applied to U.S. Senate appropriations committee, (ref. congressional records of the testimony before the house committee on defence appropriations), appealing for . Million to complete research on developing “micro organisms with the ability to destroy the human immune system! Synthetic biological agents.. .“
ii) Only days after the U.S. Department of Defence requested minion from congress to fund the development of “biological agents to destroy the human immune system,” on July 29, 1969, the House Republican Committee, chaired by the Hon. George Bush of Texas (who later became President Of The U.S.A.), cited the urgent need for population control activities to fend off a “growing 3rd world crisis.”
iii) At the beginning of the ‘70’s decade President Richard Nixon transferred a significant section of the U.S. army’s chemical and biological division to the National Cancer Institute (N. C .1.) headed by Dr. Robert Gallo, who later, towards the end of the ‘70’s decade, mysteriously “discovered “AIDS.
iv) WHO Bulletin Vol.47, p .259. 1972 said:
“An attempt should be made to see if viruses can in fact exert selective efforts on the immune function. The possibility should be looked into that the immune response to the virus itself may be impaired if the infecting virus damages, more or less selectively, the cell responding to the virus.
(During a Federal proceeding in 1972 a WHO official was quoted as saying “In relation to the immune response, a number of experimental approaches can be visualised” i.e. A means of placing the new virus in vaccination programmes.)
v) Nat. Sec. Memorandum NSM 200 report April 24th, 1974 authored by Dr. Henry Kissinger (Placed under Top Secret & declassified in 1990 & then lodged in U.S. national archives.. . it said: - “ Depopulation should be the highest priority of the U. S. foreign policy towards the 3rd world. . . reduction of the rate of population in these 3rd world states is a matter of vital U.S. nat. security... Why? Because the U.S. economy will require large & increasing amounts of minerals from abroad, especially from less developed countries (It should be noted that even though U.S.A. accounts for only 6% of the worlds population, they utilise up to 34% of the worlds minerals and resources, hence the population explosion of third world peoples poses a direct threat to the availability of these mineral resources to the American population.)
vi) Under the President Jimmy Carter Administration; Global 2000 was drafted by John D. Rockefeller the 3rd. An objective was outlined to reduce world population from 5 billion to 2 billion, by the year 2000.
vii) In 1976 the Initial request for_.miUion was granted under House Bill #HB 15090 on the 91st Congress, 1st Session. The research was to take place at Fort Detrick, Maryland, Building #550 in the P4 Lab.
viii) In 1978 the Centre for Disease Control (CDC) in New York begin Phase 1 of a Hepatitis B Vaccination campaign on 1083 homosexual men in that city. Phase 2 of the project saw 1402 homosexual men in Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, and St. Louis administered the same injection. These were the first human beings in the western hemisphere to become infected with AIDS.ix) The outbreak and rapid spread of AIDS in Africa was linked to a Small Pox vaccination campaign by the World Health Organisation (WHO) from 1966-1977, according to London Times May 11th, 1987. (This has been endorsed by a multitude of professional medical researchers). x) AIDS came into Trinidad & Tobago in 1983 where there were 8 cases; all homosexual, in 1984 there were 19 new cases all homosexual, in 1985 there were 33 new homosexual cases, but in this same year was the countries first heterosexual case. In is clear that AIDS entered Trinidad & Tobago via the New York homosexual community intermixing with the local homosexual community, then by way of bisexual transmission it eventually began to rapidly infect the majority heterosexual population. A Disease Like AIDS Could Be Used Dr. Donald Mc Aurther in the June 9th, 1969 senate sub-committee hearings said; “Within the next 5-10 years it would probably be possible to make a new infective micro-organism which could differ in certain respects from any known disease causing organisms. Most important of these is that it might be refractory to the immunological and therapeutic processes upon which we depend to maintain our relative freedom from infectious diseases. Even though death is an outcome, if expanded revenue and an increase in capital can be realised, it supersedes saving peoples lives.” Nation of Islam Minister of Health; Dr. Alim Muhammad makes frequent reference to this testimony in particular as being at the root of AIDS coming into existence, even though there were of course several other entities involved in the eventual outcome.
Kissinger’s Control Of 3rd World Population Growth Dr. Henry Kissinger; U.S. secretary of defence, had a leading role in the development of nuclear, and biological weapons. “The New World Order” concept that was articulated by President Bush, was advanced as early as 1955 by Henry Kissinger in his Harvard PhD. thesis; “The Meaning of History.” In this paper Kissinger opined that there would never be peace on earth. Instead, he called for a stable economic order of nations which could be maintained by creating ongoing “small wars,” with financial advantages for weapons developers. He later in life was appointed by Nelson Rockefeller to head the nuclear weapons group of the nongovernmental council on foreign relations, then the national security advisor to the president of the United States; (the most influential position in the Nixon White House.) It was in this position that he identified the population growth of 3rd world peoples as the highest national security risk of the United States of America, (how else would the highest U.S. military official deal with a problem like this). In the NSM 200 report p. 50 Kissinger outlines; “. . . Fertility control techniques for developing countries.’ They include improving the effectiveness of present means of fertility control, and creating conditions conducive to fertility decline. What could these conditions be. Especially taking into consideration that the national security of a country is being threatened. He outlines on p .51 higher priority to be given to experimentation and pilot projects in areas requiring fertility control.
The “So-Called” Discovery Of AIDS On P.59 of Jack Felders book; “AIDS; U.S. Germ Warfare,” he points out that in the late 1960’s President Nixon announced that the U.S. Army Biological & Chemical Warfare Department at Fort Detrick, Maryland, would do medical defensive research primarily centred around vaccine development and the genetic engineering of infectious agents capable of infecting large masses of people.
Next a large part of the U.S. Army’s chemical and biological warfare unit was transferred to the National Cancer Institute (NCI), as mentioned before. Dr. Robert Gallo, a cancer retrovirologists, headed the NCI located on the grounds of Fort Detrick, Maryland. (This was the same lab “the P4- were research was to take place to develop biological agents destructive to the human immune system, as the U.S. senate approved and funded with . million.) Dr. Gallo discovered and isolated a human retrovirus from T-cells in the blood of cancer patients. He named his retrovirus Human T-cell Leukaemia/Lymphoma virus or HTLV-l. He is credited for discovering the HTLV series, including HTLV-3 which is AIDS. But none of these diseases originated through natural means, but rather through a series of scientific experiments conducted in the laboratories of Dr. Robert Gallo. He is also the author of widely disregarded and dismissed “monkey theory” on the origin of AIDS. Today this notion is seen by several medical professionals as not only a fallacy, but a fabricated diversion, and deviation from the truth of HIV/AIDS.
The question arises; “Did the Man Who Discovered AIDS Help Create It ?” Dr. Leonard Horowitz, in his book; “Emerging Viruses: Nature, Accident or Intentional” like several other medical professionals, implicates U.S. government officials in the creation of AIDS, with the help of the U.S. public health service, and W . H .O. Dr. Robert Gallo is heavily implicated in this study. Dr. Gallo was associated with “Litton Bionetics” a major biological weapons contractor, and was responsible for engineering simian monkey viruses to cause a variety of cancers. Dr. Gallo and his team extracted nucleic acids from humanly benign monkey virus shells with cat leukaemia RNA and chicken leukaemia-sarcoma RNA to produce mutants that could in turn produce the laundry list of diseases seen in AIDS patients. Then to enable the virus to infect humans, they cultured germs in human white blood cells so they could “jump species.” Dr. Gallo presented his research, and the protocol for developing “AIDS-like viruses,” to NATO’s military scientists in Mol, Belgium in 1970.
The Tumor Biology Laboratory at the “National Cancer Institute” was established specifically for the research, of developing viruses to destroy the human immune system. This lab was headed by Dr. Robert Gallo, the discoverer of the AIDS virus. The question is raised, when exactly did Gallo discover HIV, was it in the early ‘80s, or was it 1970. An expose on Dr. Gallo’s suspicious behaviour is also chronicled by best selling author Randy Shilts, and others. The world was startled when the London Times reported on its front page, May 11, 1987, that the medical wing of the U.N.; World Health Organisation (WHO) smallpox immunization program was responsible for infecting 50-70 million Africans on the continent with HIV. This report was not featured in any major U. S. newspaper, or media network period. It is chilling to think that such a momentous newsbreak in Europe would fail to even make the most minor section of any American media, much less the front page of any U.S. daily paper.
More Leaks In The Media: The first leak in the media of this story regarding the massive spread of AIDS was featured on July 4th, 1984 in the New Delhi newspaper; The Patriot. Here the first legitimate media accusations were made of AIDS being germ warfare, quoting an anonymous U.S. military anthropologist. On October 3rd, 1985 the USSR Journal; Liton Raturniar Gazetta featured the same information making an international controversy. At the time this was widely dismissed in the west as communist rhetoric. This of course set the stage for the main stream London Times in 1987 to issue their report. Since then hundreds of other media houses have been raising the question. The Final Call Newspaper has been on the forefront over the years of exploring the HIV/AIDS crisis globally with regards to both treatment and research. Even though the Trinidad & Tobago media publishes many stories on AIDS currently, there still seems to be some reluctance to fully explore the more controversial yet factual truths of the issue.
On thanksgiving 1991, mega Hollywood superstar Bill Cosby, on a CNN interview stated his belief that AIDS was man made. The same year he told the National Enquirer: “A real life Frankenstein started the disease. I believe AIDS has been man-made. AIDS was started by human beings- maybe even one person- in a Frankenstein sort of way to get certain people they didn’t like.” -December 24th, 1991. The question was asked by a leading researcher; “Where will mankind find justice? Will those who are infected or at risk have a choice as to their own health solutions, including alternative therapies which have demonstrated promise such as Polyatomic Oxygen therapy, or will the Centre for Disease Control, World Bank, International Monetary Fund, U.S. Federal Government, USAID & U.S. pharmaceutical giants including Merck Sharpe & Dome also control peoples choices too? Most importantly why does there seem to be an effort by all of the above to neglect the benefits of the treatment; Alpha Interferon.
The Beginning: AIDS Timeline 1981- 1989:
AIDS came into the world in large numbers not by sexual promiscuity, but by vaccines through needles. AIDS did not start in Africa in bushes and jungles, but in buildings in cities. In America it did not have its origin in homosexual interaction but in medical centres and clinics.
1981, June 5. The CDC publishes in Morbidity and Mortality Weekly (MMWR) a report of five cases of Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia (PCP). July 5. The New York Times publishes its first article on AIDS, Rare Cancer Seen in 41 Homosexuals .
1982, July 16. The CDC reports that it has recently received reports of three cases of Pneumocystis carinii pneumonia among patients with haemophilia. (MMWR, July 16, 1982 / 31(27);365-7) November 5. The cause of Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is still unknown.
1983: March 4. Scientists still do not know how AIDS is transmitted. Recently "11 cases of unexplained, life-threatening opportunistic infections and cellular immune deficiency have been diagnosed in patients with haemophilia. Available data suggest that the severe disorder of immune regulation underlying AIDS is caused by a transmissible agent." (MMWR, March 04, 1983). May 24.
The New York Times reports "In many parts of the world there is anxiety, bafflement, a sense that something has to be done - although no one knows what - about this fatal disease whose full name is Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome and whose cause is still unknown."
1984: A heterosexual AIDS epidemic in Africa is revealed . For years, people on the continent have called it "Slim," because it caused slow wasting away of the body, making a person "slim," before death. The New York Times reports that "in the New England Journal of Medicine on 232 African AIDS cases, a team of Belgian doctors wrote: 'We are struck by the increasing number of patients who have come from Zaire or Rwanda during the past four years to seek medical care. We believe that AIDS is a new disease that is spreading in Central Africa." (NYT, AIDS in Africa: Disease Is Especially Alarming in Zaire, April 17, 1984) April 24. U.S. researchers headed by Dr. Robert Gallo announce that they have isolated the cause of AIDS and call the virus HTLV-3 .
1985: Film star Rock Hudson discloses that he has AIDS. In the United States, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approves the first HIV antibody test and HIV screening of blood donations begins.
1986: October 23. Surgeon General C. Everett Koop urges parents and schools to begin "frank, open discussions" with young children and teen-agers about the dangers of AIDS. October 31. "In what appeared to be a clear allusion to the AIDS epidemic, the Vatican said today that 'advocates' of homosexual rights seem undeterred by the realization that 'homosexuality may seriously threaten the lives and well-being of a large number of people.'"
1987: The first therapy for AIDS - azidothymidine (AZT) - is approved for use in the United States. The CDC revises its surveillance case definition of AIDS . (MMWR, August 14, 1987 / Vol. 36 / No. 31)
1988: In London, health ministers from around the world meet for the first time to discuss the HIV/ AIDS epidemic. World AIDS day is conceived and adopted (December 1st), unanimously by 140 countries meeting at the World Summit of Ministers of Health on AIDS.
The HTLV Series:
The first name for HIV was HTLV-3; "Human T-Cell Lymphotrophic Virus #3. HTLV-3 is HIV-1, HTLV-4 is HIV-2. This suggests that there must have also been an HTLV-1 and 2. But there is an entire HTLV Series: from 1 to 7, all allegedly discovered by Dr. Robert Gallo, who is credited as discovering AIDS. Dr. Gallo in 1971 was the head of the National Cancer Institute (NCI). During that year divisions of the U.S. Armies Chemical & Biological warfare department was transferred to the NCI, this was 2 years after Dr. Mc Aurther made the request for funding from the U.S. senate to create a "germ that can destroy the Human Immune System.
SPECIAL VIRUS CANCER PROGRAM: Progress Report # 8 National Cancer Institute & NIH One of the most indictable pieces of evidence towards the “man-made origin of HIV/AIDS is the “Special Virus Cancer Program.” This report is almost impossible to find because it has been removed from most government depository shelves, SVCP Progress Report #8 has shocked Congressional leaders who have recently seen it. After examining the report, Ohio Congressman James Traficant's Regional Director said: "The information is very shocking.
Our government is supposed to be sensitive to the people's concerns and the flowchart was very revealing to me." Missing until 1999, the flowchart links every scientific paper, medical experiment, and government contract. The entire report details page after page of government grants and experiments that created new cancer-causing viruses and AIDS-like immunosuppressive agents. Officials cannot explain why the report is so difficult to find. After seeing it, readers will know why.
The AIDS Misinformation Campaign AIDS did not emerge into the world through a gradual spread, but as a result of a massive, simultaneous outbreak, linked to small pox, and hepatitis B vaccines. The disease in Africa began in cities, and not in jungles. A gene-typing study was carried out by Dr. Gerald Myers of the Los Alamos National Laboratory, developing an HIV tree, based on archeoepidemiology. Simply put, new viruses mutate rapidly while old viruses mutate slowly. HIV is the most rapidly mutating virus ever known. According to Dr. Robert Strecker the Aids virus does not occur naturally in neither monkeys nor any other animal. An examination of the gene structure of the green monkey cells proves that it is not genetically possible to transfer AIDS from monkey to man by natural means. And because of its artificial nature it will not be easily transferred from human to human until it becomes very concentrated into the body fluids.
There seems to be an agenda of virology specialists to obscure via smokescreen evidence substantiating the man made origin of HIV. The enemies of truth continue a frantic Hegeilan tactic of “thesis” and “antithesis” so they can control “synthesis.” AIDS practically started simultaneously in The U.S., Haiti, Brazil, parts of Central America, and Africa. This dismisses the notion that a single green monkey could have been at so many places around the world at the same time. During the introduction period of AIDS to the world, it was ushered in with a host of accompanying theories, of which many have proved to be erroneous. Many establishments have also been frequently updating their beliefs on AIDS as newer theories are constantly proved and disproved. Up to this day there are many doctors involved with AIDS, particularly in Trinidad & Tobago, that hold fast to some of the most far fetched, unbelievable anecdotes ever circulated among professionals. These stories have largely destroyed the credibility of these medical practitioners, in the eyes of those who have engaged in fact-finding research on the said topic.
AIDS Was Not In Africa For Hundreds Of Years One such theory is that AIDS existed on the African continent hundreds of years ago, during the time period of various Egyptian dynasties. Traces of HIV in Africans was attributed to the suggestion that Africans hundreds or thousands ago use to eat the green monkeys, and engage in acts of bestiality with these animals. What we find amazing is that the same medical authorities that put forth these notions, are by no means any legitimate source of African history. The history of ancient Africa, particularly Egypt, and Ethiopia, reveal that some of the earliest African civilisations were able to achieve some of the most magnificent historical accomplishments in relation to time. African studies shows that the early Africans were the writers of the alphabet and the number system, as well as the originators of science, mathematics, art, music, and philosophy. Even in the bible in Acts 7:22, it says “Consequently Moses was instructed in all the wisdom of the Egyptians. In fact he was powerful in words and deeds.”
The social, and psychological ideologies of the Egyptians was even long in existence before the teachings of many of the early traditional monotheistic prophets. From the building of the African pyramids, to knowledge of star systems and galaxies by the Dogon tribe, the ancients of this region have engraved thought provoking marvels in history. From 640B . C. to 322B . C. Greek students engaged in an Exodus into Africa to study their various continental ideologies. From this the Greek students became philosophers and the African wisdom was re-credited to Europe, with the development of the Greek philosophy called “Sophia.” Alexander The Great burned many of the libraries and original texts in Africa, and Napoleon Bonaparte shot his canons at the noses of the African features on the faces of the sphinx in Egypt, which were the bodies of lions with the faces of black men, an hundreds of years later the Americans depicted the faces of their presidents on Mount Rushmore. All of these were desperate attempts to discredit African traditional philosophy to establish a new world based on white supremacy.
Dr. Strecker points out that African AIDS cases started to appear around the same time as AIDS cases in the U.S. and Haiti. Although Robert Gallo and Max Essex claim that some “old African blood samples test positive for HIV, the fact remains that there are no proven African cases until the late 1970’s, at the earliest. In “The Epidermiology of AIDS,” Thomas Quinn and Johnathon Mann write; “The first confirmed cases of AIDS among sub-Saharan Africans were reported from Europe 1n1983.” Quinn & Mann also warn against the dangers of testing “old” African blood in an attempt to prove the past presence of HIV1 infections in Africa.
Due to the problem of “false positive” blood tests, the epidemiologists now believe that some of the earliest reports of high seroprevalence in sera from East and West Africa in the 1960’s and early 1970’s are now considered un-interpretable. To Prove that AIDS is not an old African disease, a team of scientists led by J. W. Carswell tested the blood of , sexually inactive people living in geriatric homes in Kampala--Uganda’s largest city and epicentre of AIDS in Africa. The elderly peoples blood was tested against 716 healthy, sexually active adults living in the same city. 15% of the healthy people tested positive for HIV, but none of the elderly people tested positive.
In 1989 another scientific team investigated HIV antibody infection among the semi-nomadic San bush people living in the Central Kalahari desert in Botswana. The Sans are considered the oldest race currently living in Africa. San-type skeletons date back beyond 15,000 years. The team tested 150 san adults. No one tested positive for HIV. In 1988 Dr. Luc Montagnier a former colleague of Dr. Gallo, made a few startling comments about African AIDS and green monkeys. His words were undoubtedly directed at Gallo, who stands accused of stealing Montagnier’s AIDS virus from the Pasteur Institute. “There is no evidence of any reservoir or species of monkey that is truly positive for HIV, the AIDS virus,. The origin of AIDS is a continuing mystery. Some weak arguments are used to place the origin of AIDS in Africa.” The “facts” surrounding the importation of AIDS from Africa certainly defy sexual logic. Transforming a Black African heterosexual epidemic into a white homosexual epidemic on the other side of the world is not possible.
Green Monkey Theory Is Statistically Impossible Bearing in mind how ridiculous the “Green Monkey” story was and is, what was even more weird was how readily medical professionals were quick to endorse it because of AIDS and its politics. The infection rate of the spread of AIDS makes the green monkey theory statistically impossible. Were there any truth in this green monkey theory cases in the first 10 years would have sooner been in the 1000’s rather than the 1,000,000’s. (Ref. Gary Null; Exploring the nature & politics of medicine) For many years cells & blood from African green monkeys have been used for vaccine trials. These animals are 1st screened for disease, but research now reveals that even healthy animals with normal blood screens can be infected with latent viruses & retro viruses. Using sophisticated genetic analysis investigators found that retroviruses may have been activated in the cells of monkeys during the preparation of polio (& small pox vaccines). These vaccines can mutate & cause human disease. Retro-viruses in hepatitis B vaccines prepared with contaminated monkeys are alleged to have begun the epidemic AIDS. A Retro virus changes the genetic composition of the cells they enter.
“ AIDS: A Government Project.
Tom Bethell, a Hoover Institution researcher said: “The fact is, I am now convinced, AIDS is not a disease at all, it is a government program.” At first glance it may seem like the epitome of paranoia to implicate the U. S. military of conspiring to exterminate innocent human beings. However the vast majority of military personnel are often entirely unaware of an overall final objective of the key generals, as they are the physical machinery to accomplish goals outlined by the leaders.
William Cooper, author of “Behold A Pale Horse” resigned from the C .I. A. after 30 years service upon gaining access to documents that he believed verified “that AIDS was created as a means of population control after previous birth control efforts failed” Today a lot of the focus on the facts relating to AIDS being man-made, is being covered by the emphasis on the anti-discrimination campaign. In some forums it is even said the origin is of little importance in comparison to the issue of negative stigmatization. As important as the issue of discrimination is, we cannot afford to turn a blind eye the growing financial devastation that AIDS is having on our region. On page 6 of the June 13th, 2004 Trinidad Express, University of the West Indies Chancellor; Sir George Alleyne in a lecture entitled “HIV/AIDS: Challenges To The Caribbean” delivered on June 11th, 2004 at the Trinidad Hilton says “HIV/AIDS will affect the Caribbean economies negatively in several ways, but the most important shall be as a result of diminishing stock and quality of human capital.” A question that we can consider at this point is; if it can be accepted as well as proven that AIDS was created by the U.S. government, as they admitted the 1932-72 Tuskegee Experiment, then can this present a case for reparations for the Caribbean and Africa.
Our people can achievement through education guided by God conciousness
The guidance that Almighty God Allah has blessed us with through the Honourable Louis Farrakhan is sufficient as leadership to liberate all of our people, the rest is in our hands. If Africa is a state of mind and a system of consciousness, and it transcends the geographical continent, and is a process to restore African people to their former glory under the oneness of God, then I do not want to go back to Africa, but we must advance forward to Africa. A large part of what is portrayed as African lifestyle, and African culture in the west is not Africa in the 21st century, but Africa about 500 years ago. So while seeing a group of African villagers dancing barefoot around a drum is a beautiful and entertaining sight to behold, it may not necessarily be the most accurate representation of modern progressive and productive Africa today. There are tall buildings and skyscrapers in Africa today, major interstate super highways, the most up to date computer and communication technology to be found anywhere on earth, and also some of the most impressive and remarkable city infrastructure to witnessed by anyone.
But when the international media brings you images and news stories from Africa; they will show you Liberia; only if there is violent unrest there, Nigeria; only if there are election improprieties, Ethiopia only if there is widespread famine and starvation, South Africa; if there is a political crisis, Zimbabwe; only if there is a land dispute, and Botswana only if there is an AIDS crisis there. But on a good day, they will hardly show you; Liberia, Nigeria, Ethiopia, South Africa, Zimbabwe or Botswana. Because Africa in the west must be portrayed as negatively, repulsive and unattractive to Africans in the Diaspora so that our multi-billion dollar trade and spending potential would gravitate towards America instead of the motherland. "Billions of dollars a year are pumped into the propaganda machine to keep black people ignorant of the truth about their history and condition." What effect does this have on an entire people who are made to feel this way about the land of their origin. Queen Mother Moore always urged us to “Stay Focused.” This book is dedicated towards undoing much of the psychological damage done to our people.
